Today would have been Robert's 54th Birthday.
The Ribs are covered in my homemade Rub and then cooked slow. The meat falls of the bone, making the ribs incredibly tender and succulent. They are the covered with my delicious home made BBQ sauce . Either having a whole rack as a main course or sharing as a starter it`s up to you.
Goulash is a stew of meat seasoned with paprika which is the main spice. It is one of the national dishes of Hungary and a symbol of the country.I love a large bowl of Goulash served with sour cream and fried potatoes.
This is my own very tasty, easy to make homemade burger recipe. On a toasted bun,covered with my burger sauce , lettuce, cheese slice, caramelised onions, maple bacon and additional cheddar cheese on top. This is my favourite way to top a delicious burger.

The biggest advantage of this Greek beef stew lies in its ingredients, which are available and in season during the whole year. The preparation is very easy, then all that is needed is patience as it has to be cooked slowly, so all the flavours dissolve into the gravy.

Tandoori Chicken Tikka recipe consists of absolutely tender, juicy boneless chicken. Then coated in an easy to make tandoori marinade,packed with flavor and then cooked under the grill. Mixed with peppers and onions this makes a perfect starter,or as a main meal served with a crisp salad, yogurt mint dip and Paratha flatbread.

Pulled pork is an American barbecue dish, more specifically a dish of the Southern U.S., based on shredded barbecued pork shoulder or the fatty end of the loin. My variation is cooked indoors using a slow cooker. The pork is covered in my homemade rub and cooked for approximately 4 hours on medium. The meat is then shredded manually and covered with my own barbecue sauce and then cooked for another 30 minutes . Mine has been served in a burger bun accompanied with homemade coleslaw.I hope you enjoy it.

Thai Red Curry is a spicy, savory, coconut-based curry made with lemongrass, galangal, and dried red chilies. This easy one-pan recipe includes the option to make your own curry paste from scratch , this is what I have done and I can seriously recommend it.

Here is the video for my Chicken madras is classic Indian dish .A rich, fragrant and relatively hot curry, onion gives the sauce a thick and lavish texture .This curry can be made as hot as you like. We're using our homemade madras curry powder for the fullness of flavour, you can use shop bought curry powder if you like . You can add more heat with extra chilly, or less by swapping some of the chilly powder with Kashmiri Chilly powder. I hope you enjoy.

It is made with noodles stir fried in oil with garlic, onion or shallots, peppers, fried prawn, chicken, beef, or Tofu.Egg, and other vegetables. It is sold by food vendors and high-end restaurants. It is an Indonesian one-dish meal favourite.I hope you enjoy.
