We couldnβt WAIT to dust off the smoker and switch our roast beef and gravy for some smoked brisket this weekend π₯
Check out this gorgeous piece of brisket, smoked for 8 hours to achieve a lovely bark on the outside, yet soft on the inside.
We like it served with potato wedges and plenty of roasted tomatoes.

At Marshallβs top-quality Welsh lamb is a firm favourite, perfect for roast dinners on a chilly day.
Hereβs how we prepped a boned leg of lamb last Sunday for our family roastβ¦ π
Sprigs of rosemary, black pepper, and salt complement the lambβs flavour perfectly.
Throw in some bones (we have plenty going in store π) and pour in some lamb stock around the meat to go towards a gorgeous gravy.
Canβt go wrong.
