Introducing our first brisket of the season!! Spring has well and truly sprung πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

We couldn’t WAIT to dust off the smoker and switch our roast beef and gravy for some smoked brisket this weekend πŸ”₯

Check out this gorgeous piece of brisket, smoked for 8 hours to achieve a lovely bark on the outside, yet soft on the inside.

We like it served with potato wedges and plenty of roasted tomatoes.

At Marshall’s top-quality Welsh lamb is a firm favourite, perfect for roast dinners on a chilly day.

Here’s how we prepped a boned leg of lamb last Sunday for our family roast… 😍

Sprigs of rosemary, black pepper, and salt complement the lamb’s flavour perfectly.

Throw in some bones (we have plenty going in store πŸ˜‰) and pour in some lamb stock around the meat to go towards a gorgeous gravy.

Can’t go wrong.
