Wow! From start to finish, my experience at The Roost on Rock Road was nothing short of 5 star! Check in details and information were spot on from Joanne, lovely, responsive and polite correspondence from the beginning. On arrival, I was greeted by Tom who was most accommodating, friendly, polite and helpful! Tom was sure to include me in the local chat as I was visiting alone, and he made me feel right at home. Then there was the food!!!!!! The best Thai fish cakes I’ve ever tasted and steak to die for! Jorden the wonderful and very talented chef produced what I can only say is above 5 star food!! If only there were 6! Delicious, tasty and cooked to perfection! What a wonderful, albeit short trip! That said, I will most definitely be returning for leisure and not business next time! Thanks to the wonderful team!

This weekend has been one of the busiest and we couldn’t have done it without our Captain Andrew who has stepped into the kitchen like a pro 💙Tom who is our creator of TikToks & Cocktails 💙 and
four strong amazing women have not only helped create such lasting special memories for all those that dined & stayed with us whilst juggling other demanding commitments but did it with big smiles and no complaints.

Ladies …you are an inspiration & I am so lucky to know you & have you at The Roost 🩷

August Bank Holiday 🎵

We are very excited to welcome local performer, Luke James, to The Roost on Sunday 25th August! He will be performing from 7pm to help us celebrate the Summer Bank Holiday. A night not to be missed!

We are hosting a private event on Saturday 3rd of August. Our restaurant will therefore be closed for both lunchtime and evening service on this day.
