It’s hard to be grateful and in love with life when your starting point is one of hardship and opposition and without a clear sight of how to move beyond that place . Even those that have everything in life can feel depressed or worried about others opinions or behave in a place of lack. We can also carry others shadows when we are sensitive and feel the burden of the worlds troubles . The only easy starting point is to begin to look for the smallest glitter of love and kindness by not just being kind but by looking for it in others . When you start to observe it . It becomes your new reality and believe me when I say it expands within you creating a new vision of the world you live in . It took me nearly 40 years to find my rose tinted specs and learn to receive. Have courage. Have faith . Believe in the impossible . Fake it to make it and God . Yes God ! In whatever form you choose it ( loves purest existence) will guide you out of that darkness. Changing your perception and your thoughts is not easy but when combined with a little glitter of love and hope in your heart that God loves you . You WILL through your WILL find your way . Sometimes you just can’t see a way through or you keep knocking on a door that won’t open . Even though it’s important in life to stay focused. Sometimes either your subconscious thoughts are preventing you from accessing your conscious choice or this might just not be for you. So take a step back and surrender then believe with gratitude and make it clear what you desire and the right fit will turn up . I have successfully tried this approach by checking in with my subconscious and realised that I didn’t really believe what I desired was possible . Listen to your heart what is going on in the background noise of your thoughts ?

It all sounds airy fairy but this works ! If your mind focuses on positivity and gratitude we see more of it around us . I remember when I was pregnant with my first child I suddenly noticed pregnant women everywhere 😂 what you focus your attention on becomes your reality
