Here are some Top Tips to help you achieve WONDERFUL things in 2022:
1. Set goals that motivate you; what is right for others may not be right for you.
2. Be SMART - make your goals specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.
3. Write your goals down and keep them somewhere you will see them daily - make a copy to use as your phone screen saver.
4. Be mentally prepared for change - small changes, repeated daily, add up to the biggest results.
5. Stay positive and use interim mini-goals to keep yourself on track.
6. If a large goal feels a long way away, break it down and CELEBRATE smaller milestones along the way.

For those of you who are planning on coming off plan for special events through the festive system, here are a few tricks to keep feeling your best when things are so crazy.
โจ Drinks: limit them, and stick to spirits with low calorie mixers or soda water. Keep away from cocktails, as they can be equivalent in cals and carbs as donuts! Also avoid Beer, cider and if you drink wine made it a spritzer wth soda water and ice!
โจBalance is key, stop making it all or nothing!

Christmas is FAST approaching, which can bring with it immense pressure. If you are overweight and feeling frustrated with your size the thought of feeling unhappy with how you look at Christmas is enough to drive you to the biscuit tin rather than your 1:1 Diet Steps plan.
It is VERY COMMON for people who feel stressed out about their weight to eat more. The pressure to lose those pounds can make us feel overwhelmed and do ourselves more damage. It can be a vicious circle and make us feel out of control and helpless. If you feel like this, then take some time out to do something different so you can take control and feel empowered and motivated.

๐What do you want to be wearing?
๐How do you want to be feeling?
Create your vision of something that is really special to you; a vision that gives you that little butterfly feeling of excitement in your tummy. Everyoneโs vision will be unique to them. Ingredients
- 1 sachet of The 1:1 Diet Original Porridge
- 1 dessert spoon powdered sweetener
- 50ml water
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1) Mix the Original Porridge with the sweetener, cinnamon and water.
2) Beat the egg white into a froth, and fold into the porridge mixture.
3) Place the mixture into moulds.
4) Brush with water and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

This is one of the main reasons people fail on a diet. Many people start losing weight, get really excited and forget the reason that they started dieting in the first place. Once that happens, itโs much easier to make little mistakes: โIโll just have one!โ, โIโll just take today offโ, โIโll get back on track next weekโ. Sound familiar?

Do you just want to be able to buy a pair of jeans?
Do you want to be able to run around with your kids without getting out of breath?

When I was 20 I weighed 22 stone, my life was fab and I had a great time apart from I was unable to manage my relationship with food. I had grown up with extremely turbulent food habits, my knowledge of which foods my body needed was zero and I had no self-worth!
I believed that I was going to be fat forever and because I believed this I became it!
I used to tell myself โWhat's the point of ever eating a salad because you're already fat?โ
Food became my everything!
I wanted to change but I needed to find the right change for me.

Having the freedom from food was invaluable for me, it taught me to sit with my emotions that I could deal with them head-on and that I no longer needed to eat them away.
The fast weight loss helped 4 stone in 3 months, I got to my goal of 10 stone weight loss in 9 months ๐
Losing my weight changed me completely, I have also grown up within my maintenance journey dating a whole new level of man! Marrying one of them, having children and of course running a bloody wonderful business. My weight has gone up and down by a few stone but I have never gone back!
