This stunning bathroom transformation has taken the original space from bland and dark to bright spacious and opulent.

Originally a separate toilet and bathroom in a property at the popular estate of Kempshott , we created a single family bathroom to a luxurious but affordable specification . The removal of the internal wall has allowed for full utilisation of the space , including the addition of a separate shower facility.

Work carried out included the addition of new spot lights, repainting of newly plastered bathroom and hallway walls , as well as the fitting of luxury lino flooring.

The existing metal framed windows were also replaced for modern UPVC windows installed to FENSA regulations and signed off with full FENSA certification , a requirement for anyone wishing to sell their home in the future.

Our customer is delighted with her bathroom makeover.

Final project of 2022 was to transform a living room , with a custom built Media wall, with fireplace and storage cabinets .

Finishing touches to be completed once the fire hearth and brick slips have been chosen .

The modern bathroom is defined by the look of straight clean lines in soft neutral tones, and this ensuite transformation ticks all the boxes .

Another simply stunning choice by a returning customer

We recently completely transformed this en-suite even with the layout remaining the same.

We built in a lovely wall niche, and floating basin.

The concealed toilet cistern helps create space and gives the area a real modern feel .

The use of gloss tiles aids the reflection of light making it feel bright , airy and sleek .

Another lovely project finished for one of our returning customers.

Recent renovation of a home office space. The customers brief was to create a bright and modern working space, to include an accent wall using asymmetrical panelling. In addition there was replacement of skirting architrave and door. Installation of new lighting and tall radiator.

Completed with a stunning grey Karndean laid in a herringbone format with a feature border .

Another beautiful bathroom project recently completed by Clarkway Builders.

The brief was to create a new en-suite bathroom in a listed 13th century property .

The customer wanted the new en-suite to be in keeping with the remainder of the property , which required ageing of new frames to match the existing features of the house .

The final result was simply stunning.
