We're super excited to introduce our pals at True Story Brewing. They'll be bringing their nano-batch craft beer to this year's Great Bath Feast! 

On tap they'll have a range of our trademark, specialist hazy beers, from lower abv table beers alway the way through to our 7% juicy New England IPA that's packed with apricot & grapefruit flavours, alongside their infamous Triple Fruited Berry Sour beer - made with 200g of real fruit in every litre!

Their incredibly small batch brewing allows them to get really creative with recipes, and constantly be refining them; so there's always something new to try, and we can't wait to share them with you. 

Drop by their pop-up bar on Milsom Street for a quick chat with the brewers & they'll be more than happy to talk you through their beers and give you plenty of tasters!

Pop down to Wood Street at the end of Quiet Street and pop your head in to learn more about Chandon and to enjoy a custom pour spritz or two. Or you could just chill out and hide away on the top of the bus for a few hours! We'll have deck chairs and vibes and we've got everything crossed for sunshine!

We’re super excited to finally welcome Giuseppe Dell’Anno to this year’s GBF! From Engineer to winning the Great British Bake Off 2021, meet Giuseppe Dell’Anno: a baking maestro with a passion inherited from his family of bakers.

After “A Bake For All Seasons” in 2021, he penned “Giuseppe’s Italian Bakes” in 2022—Amazon's fastest-selling book! In 2023, he's back with “Giuseppe’s Easy Bakes”—quick, irresistible Italian bakes.

A full-time baker now, Giuseppe continues to dazzle with magazine columns, online classes, and TV appearances and we’re super excited that he’ll be joining us on our Chef’s Theatre this year!

More exciting news! Noya Pawlyn will be returning to our Chef's Theatre on Sunday 24th September. Noya was born in Vietnam but brought up in the UK. She began cooking for her family at a young age and in 2017 opened Noya's Kitchen (one of our faves..) to share her favourite dishes.

Every dish is a unique treat - made to order with fresh ingredients, a variety of spices and herbs and full of flavour. Don't miss her demo at 2pm on Sunday, we are sure it will be a lot of fun!

We're super pleased that Fang-Yu Lin will be joining us this year. Fang-Yu Lin is owner and head chef of Sugarcane Studio, an award winning Bath patisserie specialising in fusing East Asian flavours with fine French desserts.

The patisserie opened during the first lockdown and has grown from strength to strength. Sugarcane Studio has become known locally for their unique flavours and quality products, as well as representing Taiwanese culture in Bath.

Catch her 3pm Sunday 24th September in our Chef's Theatre.

Round Hill Roastery has been sourcing and roasting the best possible single origin coffees since 2012 and their baristas all show off an incredible amount of coffee knowledge.

Pop down in a few weeks and pick up a coffee from them (or a coffee subscription) and have a serious chat about coffee beans...

Meet the dynamic duo behind Corkage: Richard Knighting & Marty Grant, co-owners of this culinary gem tucked away on Chapel Row.

Back in late 2015, Corkage emerged as a pop-up sensation on Walcot Street. Fast forward to 2017, and Corkage bloomed just off Queen's Square in the heart of Bath. 🍽️

Richard honed his skills under acclaimed chefs in London before bringing his culinary prowess to Bath in 2006. Meanwhile, Marty embarked on a global wine odyssey, refining his expertise before landing in Bath the same year. 🍷

Corkage is a celebration of innovative small plates featuring the finest local ingredients, prepared with elegant simplicity. Complementing these delectable dishes is an extensive, handpicked wine selection, all curated to perfection in a warm and welcoming setting. 🍴

And that's not all – Corkage now boasts an inviting heated & covered terrace, as well as a charming Georgian courtyard garden.

Marty and Richard always put on an entertaining demo and we can't wait to have them back for GBF this year!

Get to know the faces behind Landrace (and our favourite cinnamon buns in the world, sorry Richard) – where passion meets craftsmanship! 🍞🌾 A haven for all things baked, brewed, and grown, Landrace is your local destination for exceptional sourdough bread, lovingly crafted from stoneground, UK-grown grains.

Meet Andrew, the visionary behind Landrace, whose journey through Pump Street Chocolate and Neal’s Yard Dairy led him to join forces with Tom Calver, his partner from Westcombe Dairy. Since their spring debut in 2019, Landrace has woven a remarkable tapestry of local farmers, growers, and producers, with Westcombe Dairy at its heart. The collaboration goes beyond bread, nurturing specialty milling wheat across 10 acres each harvest – a true grain-to-table partnership. 🌾🥖

After a monumental COVID pivot, Landrace opened its Upstairs restaurant in September 2021 with husband and wife team Head Chef Rob and General Manager Jules at the helm. Together they bring a wealth of hospitality experience from London; Quality Chop House, Brawn, Portland and Jolene among them.

So, whether it's the aroma of freshly baked sourdough, the farm-to-table ethos, or the inviting ambiance of our restaurant, Landrace is your slice of artisanal paradise on the Walcot.

Celebrated chef, restaurateur, and food writer Mark Hix is renowned for his inventive approach to British gastronomy. He's hailed as one of Britain's foremost restaurateurs, celebrated for his profound understanding of ingredient provenance. We've been wanting to welcome him to GBF for ages and we're super glad he's agreed to come along this year.

An accomplished author with 12 cookbooks to his name, Mark's latest creation, "Hooked," weaves captivating stories of fishing from his early days to the present. His culinary expertise has graced the pages of notable publications such as City AM, GQ, The Independent on Saturday, and now he's a regular contributor to The Telegraph, Dorset Magazine, and Marshwood Vale.

Stepping beyond the kitchen, Mark departed from his role as Chef Director at Caprice Holdings after 17 years. In 2007, he launched HIX Restaurants, leaving an indelible mark across London's West-end, City, and his hometown in Dorset. The culinary adventure continued with the HIX Oyster & Fish Truck, bringing the ocean's bounty from Lyme Bay Reserve fishermen to your table.

In July 2020, Mark unveiled The Oyster & Fish House in Lyme Regis, a testament to his culinary vision. The Fox Inn pub in Corscombe joined his portfolio in December 2020, a testament to his unwavering commitment to the industry. Despite challenges, Mark's influence remains unshaken.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Mark Hix was awarded an MBE for his services to hospitality in 2017. Tune in to his cookery show on Lyme Bay Radio and immerse yourself in his delectable recipes featured in The Telegraph, Dorset Magazine, and Marshwood Vale.

Mark joins us 2pm on Saturday 23rd September in our Chef's Theatre!

The Great Bath Feast is back for 2023.. Introducing the incredible line-up for our 2023 Chef's Theatre!

Our 2023 Chef’s Theatre line-up features a host of Bath’s renowned and much-loved food personalities from Richard Bertinet, the victorious Masterchef Champion of Champions Ping Coombes, James Golding Group Chef Director of The Pig Hotel, the Michelin-starred maestro Chris Cleghorn and Garry and Dan Rosser from The Scallop Shell.
