Busy year for us this year.

First project of the year for us.
Even with the rain and bad weather we have still managed to push on through and get it to where we are now.
By the end of the week the gable end above lintle height should be built and the roof 100% finished. Then we can crack on with knocking out 3 internal walls and fitting all the steel work 💪🏼💪🏼

What a Transformation, inside and out.
Here we had to remove the veranda to make way for the new steel and doors, install a 3.7m heavy duty steel lintle, cut out and install a 3.3m wide set of white aluminium bifolds, then finally making good the plaster work on the inside, render work on the outside and re fit the veranda. What a differnce this had made to the whole feel of the room inside. Customer is very happy with the results and we shall be back in a couple of months to knock down some internal walls to make a big open plan kitchen diner.

Removed the old rotten windows, doors and frame and replaced it with a very stylish set of white aluminium sliding bifold doors. What a difference it makes.

Been a pleasure completing this one.

We broke out the old massive concrete slab. Reduced the garden so was level all over, created the correct sub base for the artifical grass, applied w**d control fabric to the whole garden.

Over 50m2 of decking
30m2 of artificial grass
20m2 of slabs went in to the making of this garden, and as always the customer is very happy with the result.

Bathroom tiled and sanitry wear fitted this week for a property developer in one of his 10 newbuild flats in Frenchay. He just has to install marble top, shower screen, toilet seat and shower tray trim when they arrive.

Still in the process of building the page as have lost alot of my work photos but heres a start 😁 i would be very grateful if people could like and share 👍👍

Small porch and roof in progress. Just need to fit new front door and window then can complete the inside 😁

The client here wanted a new fence erected after the old blew over in a storm. We dicussed her options and she choose a heavy duty featheredge. She was very happy with the outcome and is planning to have us back to complete more work 👍

This was the start of the construction of a big roof over 4 new build houses on london road in bath. When we had finished the timber work it was then covered with a new zinc roof

This was two small seperate roofs before but as it was part of a coversion and the client wanted the space in between to become the new hallway so we created a small flat roof going into a sloped roof with a velux for extra natural light and re roofed it all with slates to match the main building on the roof.
(Only pictures i have of this roof as ive managed to loose the other ones)

2 bathrooms fitted and tiled by myself. The onsuite was tiled with marble tiles and the shower room was tiled with natural natural limestone. Very please with the outcome of these two 😁
