Our latest build in Bathwick is now completed! This studio measures 5.7m x 2.8m and has an integrated shed at the rear.

Our latest build in Odd Down and something a little bit different! This is a cube shape office measuring 4m x 4m, had tilt & turn windows and is clad in 90mm S profile cedar cladding.

Our latest build all newly plastered. All our garden rooms have as standard a quality internal finish including plastered walls, 12mm high quality laminate flooring, skirting and recessed lights and plug sockets (as opposed to surface mounted)

Our latest garden room is now completed! All our quotes include the groundwork and this job included demolition of an old garage and removal of a tree! We called in for safe disposal of the asbestos roof. Another happy customer!

A new design for a client, we will be building them a garden games room pending their planning application. Most garden rooms will not need planning approval even within a conservation area or world heritage site, this is dependent on a few rules, mainly if it is positioned at the rear of the property, if it is under 2.5m (4m if it has a pitched roof) and if the main house is not listed. Unfortunately for our client their property is grade 2 listed so planning permission is required!

A fully insulated garden office we have built recently in Bradley Stoke. Measures 2.8m x 2.2m, Cedar cladding, plastered internal walls with laminate flooring. The perfect office space!

The finished garden with summerhouse! So much nicer than the wilderness that was there before!

For the past 4 weeks we have been landscaping a garden in Batheaston. This has involved grinding out numerous stumps, masses of hedge trimming, tons of gravel removal, dismantling (or destroying!) 2 old rotten sheds, building a new summerhouse and relaying paths. We are now on the home stretch and the turf is ready to be laid. This garden really has been transformed for our client!

A new design. This garden room measures 5m x 4m with a 1m deep porch area at the front. As it is to be positioned further than 2m from the boundary we could go as high as 4m.
All our garden rooms are individually designed so anything is usually possible!

As all our garden rooms are individually designed we can build them to any size or shape. This garden office has been designed with 5 sides to fit perfectly into a corner of a clients garden.

The reclaimed maple gym flooring has been laid. The coloured lines on the floor are the original sports markings which I think add an extra bit of interest!

The cedar cladding is now fitted and we’re now on the home stretch! Today we’re finishing off corner trims and sanding the ceiling, then it will be ready for our clients to paint the interior. We’ll then be back after half term to lay the floor and skirting. 😊

Reclaimed Windows!! Our client has been amazing at sourcing FREE second hand UPVC windows!!These frameless windows started off life as part of a standard UPVC double glazed unit. Removing the frames has made them look amazing!! Don’t you think? The side window has also been reclaimed. Previously this was a standard white UPVC window that my client sprayed with a couple of cans of WRX paint in Anthracite.

To ensure our latest build is a sustainable as possible our clients have chosen to insulate it with Steico Wood fibre insulation. 100mm in the walls & floor plus 200mm depth in the roof. Being a natural product it’s so much nicer to work with than standard insulation!

Building a garden room in idyllic Northend, measuring 6m x 3.5m this is the largest garden room we’ve built. Our clients are very keen to keep the build as environmentally friendly as possible, so we’ve decided to use Steico wood fibre insulation, reclaimed windows, reclaimed maple gym flooring, interior tongue & groove and exterior cedar cladding. It’s an absolute pleasure to work on it!

Our latest garden office is now complete. This garden office measures 3.5m x 2.5m, has vertical Redwood cladding, and a decked step at the front and side.
As standard all our garden rooms are fully insulated with high quality PIR insulation boards, keeping you cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter.
