A funny, moving, and interactive storytelling show in a cool cabaret setting at which you will be entertained, involved, and even rewarded, with love hearts, laughs, and possibly even a winner’s medal!
Confused? Puzzled? Intrigued? You are right to be. This is a show like no other, at least at this festival of literature. Join us in breaking new ground, in a pub, with a drink, and a friendly vibe!
Come along prepared to listen, laugh, make a case for your favourite novel, hear about love from a visiting alien’s perspective, and maybe even tell your own little unrequited-love or everlasting-love story. You know it makes sense, or will do, by the end of an enjoyable and possibly even exciting evening.
Mark Rutterford is a writer-performer who tells humorous and emotionally-engaging stories, often with appropriate props. He loves working with an engaged and active audience that includes people who like a laugh, like a good book, and may even have a little love story of their own to share.
