A Pre-School accessed by the whole community in the heart of Oldfield Park.
There has been a playgroup or preschool in the Baptist Church on Moorland Road for over 35 years. Over this time, the nature of preschools and the regulations involved have changed, but the provision still remains. Term 4 2024 - Trips, fundraising and enjoying our refreshed room. — Oldfield Park Pre-School This term we have enjoyed our room following the refresh over February half term. We have been on trips to ‘Pets at home’ using the bus on the way back, a walk to the Riverside to see the swans and the train station. In February half term our Pre-school room underwent a make over. With a huge fundraising effort from our Committee we replaced the flooring with lino and the walls were painted in a calm green and cream.
The room feels brighter, cleaner and calmer.

We were really happy to be back at this week, meeting Fliss. We loved the animal poses, partner working and relaxation with a foot massage at the end. We can't wait until next week!

A busy first week back after the half term break. We have been baking, Gingerbread men, using charcoal in Outdoor Adventures and returned to Kula yoga with Rosie.

We have had a fabulous start to the term, settling our new children in, and revisiting some favourite activities. Jon from Outdoor Adventures returned, we explored the wild area, picked apples and made Hapazome. We have also started our regular yoga sessions with Rosie from Kula Yoga, we met her friend Tatty Bumpkin and went in adventure with the giggle tree!
