What a Workshop!

Thank you to everyone who showed up and worked so hard at this morning’s Ballet Fit Workshop. You were all incredible and showed such commitment and concentration.

Hoping you enjoyed the new tunes - I think banded crab walks to “Push It” were my fave!

Fantastic Ballet Fit Workshop this morning at Phase One, Simon and I loved teaching you all. The focus this session was on connections through the body (including the dreaded “core”!) and stability through the supporting foot.
Well done to all of you for embracing the challenges we set you and for being super dedicated to finding your correct technique to enhance your dancing.
Can’t wait for the next one - Sat 18th May, 10.30am.

Well done to all the dancers who came along to Ballet Fit this morning. Your energy and enthusiasm was immense. Vibe Fitness Bath and I were so impressed with all of you - you listened, implemented and improved! The shaking, the groans and the grimacing didn’t go unnoticed!

These two Tap groups were absolutely phenomenal on Wednesday evening - those smiles say it all!

Firstly, the end of last term in Tap, with our fun Samba theme and then on to my Ballet Summer Intensives where both groups worked extremely hard and produced some fabulous performances.

I had a lovely weekend in London watching English National Ballet at Sadler's Wells. I also had a fun Pointe shoe fitting experience at Bloch in Covent Garden - look at my pretty new shoes! 😍
