My fave fruit... after the most intense week (not over yet) and despite being exhausted from cooking and baking; I find deep joy in turning out a perfectly formed slab of membrillo.

This is my take on kachumbari; a delicious side made from finely chopped tomatoes, red onion, chilli, lime and salt. Delicious with absolutely everything especially with eggs for brunch.

Yep... an indulgent selfie, sorry everyone. Just wanted to pat myself on the back today...it's two and a half years today since I stopped drinking alcohol. Thankyou all for all the incredible love and support, especially my boys. I couldn't do this without you all. It's been a game changer for me,especially after an extremely challenging six months in my restaurant. Be nice chaps, life is short.
