Come and join our low impact online fitness class every Thursday in February. You’ll get a recording of the first session and can join online or receive the recording for tomorrow and future classes. Please do pass on to friends or family who might be interested. Suitable for those coming back to exercise after an injury or long period away, older adults, those who feel anxious or worried about joining a fitness class in person. No equipment, space or experience required and all welcome. x
Low impact fitness classes are returning this February! 11.00am UK time or available as a recording to do in your own time, this class is perfect for beginners, or those coming back to exercise after injury or a prolonged break.
Always friendly, always welcoming.

Price: £40 including recordings.
Low impact with options and modifications to suit all – no equipment and minimal space required.

We will begin with a mindfulness practice, then I'll guide you through a yoga flow building strength and flexibility in the body, ending the workshop with a visualisation.
Throughout class I'll share my experiences of finding joy, from awareness to the tools put in place to help cultivate a joyful life. Hoping that you’ll take away some tips to finding more joy and connection in your own life.

The aim of class is to build strength and flexibility in the body via a sequence of yoga poses, and find stillness in the mind by focusing on our breathing. Class will end with a short relaxation.

Sustainable Fitness is a small, independent health and fitness collaboration, located in Upton Cheyney. We work with clients of all ages and abilities, including those with pre-existing health conditions or concerns. We offer physiotherapy, sports & remedial massage, personal training and exercise classes.
Come and join us at the wellbeing village for a low impact fitness class – suitable for those requiring low impact options and a steadier pace, including seniors, those starting out, gently returning to exercise or coming back from illness or injury. No gym or exercise experience required – every body is welcome!

Leave behind the busyness of the everyday, step into a place of relaxation and reconnection. Take a moment to pause, find space to breathe, spend time with likeminded people.
In the morning we will deepen our knowledge of a variety of yoga poses, build confidence and ultimately enhance our yoga practice with an informative workshop. Followed by a morning tea break and then a gentle,
relaxing class with mindfulness practice.
Lunch will include an assortment of seasonal fresh dishes served in traditional Spanish style. The day can end here, or you add on the option to swim and spend a couple of hours using the wonderful pool facilities.
