West Lothian Council Ranger Service have several volunteering opportunities available this autumn within Beecraigs, Polkemmet and Almondell & Calderwood Country Parks, and additional Nature Parks across West Lothian. There are a range of conservation tasks to take part in, with all tools and materials provided by the Rangers, as well as tool training for first time volunteers.

Lots and lots of weeds removed- hopefully planting this bed up with an explosion of colours :D

New customer this morning :D got a start on weeding a huge raised bed... and pruning a H**e that was hacked back by a hedge trimmer 😰😭 lots of dead wood removed - hopefully this will reinvigorate it! I'll be back to this garden soon, to remove more weeds and apply mulch.
