A product recall has been issued for the Cavius Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarm 4002. Potential issues have been identified with certain units that could affect their ability to detect carbon monoxide gas effectively.

If you own a CO Alarm 4002, please cease using it immediately. You have two options for resolution:

1️⃣ Return the affected Carbon Monoxide Alarm 4002 to your nearest Thomas Electrical Distributors branch.
2️⃣ Contact Kidde Safety Europe via email at [email protected] for further instructions.

Upon return, you will be provided with an alternative replacement product model K10LLCO, free of charge.

These must also be interlinked so that the alarms all communicate allowing you to know there’s a fire regardless of where you are in the home.
