A number 7 Pokemon themed cake

Two number 7 brownie cakes sandwiched with chocolate ganache frosting.

Absolutely decadent and sooo delicious!!

This Pokemon inspired cake was for a massive Pokemon fan - my son!

He was very specific in what he wanted and I had to make sure everything was to his standard 😂

Pokeball was pure cake covered in red/white fondant. The only part of the cake I wasn’t 100% happy with. I don’t like to work with fondant but my son really wanted a pokeball so this is how it turned out. Would definitely do it different next time!

Been a bit lax at putting bits in my social but this yummy cake went out yesterday. Absolutely smelled Devine!!

This fabulous cake was for my Father in Laws birthday lunch this weekend.

Three chocolatey layers of cake with chocolate ganache buttercream and vanilla buttercream. Smooth chocolate ganache and galaxy ripple in the middle.

Topped with Lindt balls, chocolate ganache and chocolate and caramel sprinkles.

Absolutely delicious 🍫🎂

✨Classic Victoria Sponge✨

This beauty of a cake went out this weekend.

Three layers of vanilla sponge
Chopped up strawberries and vanilla buttercream in between with lashings of strawberry jam.
Topped with strawberries and heart sprinkles.

This was for a friends mothers 70th birthday. I’m always so honoured when I am asked to make cakes for such special occasions 💖

✨Birthday Brownie Stack✨

When you don’t really like cake but love brownies this is the best alternative!! This was for my wonderful best friends birthday 💖.

Delicious Chocolate Orange and White Chocolate Chip with a Ganache top made into a stack and decorated with Lindt balls.

⚽️Number 6️⃣⚽️

This delicious number 6️⃣ went out today for a very special little mans birthday. He was very specific in what he wanted and it turned out incredible.

A chocolate sponge with delicious vanilla buttercream and salted caramel sauce with chocolate sprinkles in the middle (see last photo).
On top chocolate and candy footballs with a football goal and sugar paper Spurs jerseys.

I had the honour of making this delicious cake for a 50th Wedding Anniversary.
