Thank you to a close friend, who I haven't seen in a while, but who has always been there regardless of how busy life gets.

I have the utmost respect for the single mothers out there doing their level best to raise young men .
I have and will continue to provide Mentoring for children and young people with a particular focus on the transition from teenagehood to adulthood for young men.

In the Garande family we lost a dear relative earlier this week. She had run a wonderful race, reaching 101 years of age.
I recorded this video earlier in the week.
Rest in peace Aunt Jean, you have left an amazing legacy to inspire us to individually and collectively impact others around us.

You have to improve your diction!
You have to be able to communicate effectively!
One often repeated principle from one of my older brothers, ' If people use profanity/ swear words every few words, they are using them as word fillers'.
When you talk you are only repeating what you already know.
Listen to learn, and then respond.
Educate your mind daily!
Don't begin the day listening to negativity!
Have as much fun and enthusiasm with the TGIF feeling as when Monday morning comes by.
