✨ Last week I got to treat my wonderful clients to a Himalayan Salt Scrub (which is handmade by yours truly)

And I have never been happier to re-introduce this treatment.

The body brushing before the scrub application helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage as well as cell turnover and getting that blood flowing.

The scrub is made of 4 ingredients which I’ve blended to be delightful exfoliating but also moisturising on the body.

Once your scrub is removed you have the choice of an oil application or UPGRADING to a massage!

When it comes to massage, pressure to the point of pain doesn’t necessarily mean it’s more beneficial.

Take the pressure that suits you, don’t be in agony and feel like you have no choice.

In all my massage treatments I always say to please tell me if the pressure is too firm or if you’d like it firmer.
And it’s okay to mix it up, if certain areas you want a softer touch and deeper in others! The massages I carry out are completely tailored to you and your needs!
