It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1: walk into your local Better Brows for 5 minute skin allergy patch test! A small dot of the glue used in lash extensions is applied on your skin and monitored for 24 hours. Watch out for itching, redness and swelling.
If there is none of this, which is more likely, then you can book in for your appointment instantly!

Step 2: call your local Better Brows and book in at a time that suits you. We have experienced lash technicians available on most days and can fit you in for whenever is convenient for you

Step 3: visit us on your day of appointment without any makeup around the eyes. Wearing mascara or concealer only lengthens the process and can interfere with lash application. Once you're done, you will receive some aftercare advice and be sent off feeling fabulous!

N.B. As a customer service gesture, we do offer a 24- hour grace period in which we will offer a FREE lash infill if any do fall out.
