It’s been a while! I’ve had my head in the books these past few weekends in preparation for a massage course. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the breathing space between treatments to chat to you all 😭

I’m officially out of office now until Tuesday 9th May. Sadly, I won’t be available to reply to any enquires, nor take any bookings, during this time as I’m in Bristol for a very special Oncology massage course. I will be introducing this necessary treatment to the business very shortly.

This is a course I’ve been wanting to do since I started Release Holistic Massage. The statistics show that 1 in 2 of us will now face or know someone that will face Cancer at some stage throughout their life. I want to be able to help you through all seasons of life and not just when health is good.

Massage continues to be a form of comfort for cancer patients during their journey, allowing them to feel present in their bodies whilst also relieving aches and pains and calming their nervous system too.

Physical touch, through treatment, then starts to become more of a clinical routine than a caring, affectionate one. Being able to provide someone with the space to feel, be present and have a listening ear will be the most rewarding work, of all, on my side.

I am sooo forever grateful for the continued support from all my clients. You guys continue to drive your self-care regime, on a monthly basis, which in return provides me with a wage that enables me to purchase such a fantastic course.

I’ve been super flat out in the treatment room these past x3 months that I keep over booking myself 😅 (nothing I can’t handle!). Just a little reminder that May is almost fully booked, I’ve already bookings in for June-Aug 🤯.

We enjoyed all the yummy food, rainy walks, dreamy massage & finally getting to meet our beautiful little nephew Jonah 🤗

After a restful fulfilling weekend I’m back in the treatment room for a busy week. Fully booked this week but some remaining appointments left for the rest of April. Please be mindful I’m out of office from 4th - 9th May for a very special massage course and jet setting to Bristol! 1K of youuuu!

I can’t put into words how happy this makes my heart feel, I have 1K of you seeing and hearing what I have to say.

You see, this is soo special and means the absolute world to me because when I was young I felt closed off, not able to voice my opinion on certain topics as I felt afraid of what people would say or think. I suffered deeply inside due to being dyslexic, hiding what I had to say and quietened myself down to remain hidden.

I never used social media much and felt very ‘out of place’. Using this platform has really helped me to flourish, and whether you’re following me for some giggles, for reels or to hear my self-care tips I’m soo honoured to be able to be that little blip of comfort. Especially in a world that seems a little crazy right now.

As I’ve grown older, I’ve shed a lot of layers and grown into loving myself more everyday and being sooo thankful for all the simple things in my life. I no longer seek or crave to fit in! I’m so happy being comfortable and accepting of myself with dyslexia. I am at home with myself now and proud of what I’ve achieved!

If you are dyslexic, or know someone that is, please remember you are the most powerful force and this should not stop, nor hault, any dream you desire. I’m forever grateful for you all.
