Project Completed: Nelson Place, Belfast

SK Sealants is excited to announce the completion of Belfast's largest student accommodation project, featuring 774 beds at Nelson Place for Student Roost. This marks our 9th student block project in Belfast for various clients.

The impressive 12-storey building boasts a sky lounge with panoramic city views, a cinema room, games room, study rooms, a bookable hosting kitchen, gym, spin studio, indoor sports hall, and a rooftop running track.

We were thrilled to be part of this fantastic project and worked with an exceptional site team who deserve full credit.

Sk Sealants have recently implemented the Mastic Sealant Package at Aster House, Student Accommodation, Belfast.

This Farrans Construction Project provides 253 student bed spaces over 5 storeys based in Belfast’s City Centre.

The Mastic Sealant package included:
- Expansion joints on brick & render;
- Internal windows;
- Kitchen work tops & units;
- Door frames; and
- Bedroom fittings in each bedroom.

Sk Sealants are hiring! We are keen to EMPLOY a highly motivated mastic sealant applicator or a trainee to join our expanding team.

This is a great opportunity to be fast-tracked into a Trade. The position requires the ability to be self motivated with good communication skills, preferably hold a current CSR card and have a driving license.

Sk Sealants, appointed by McAleer & Rushe have recently completed a project at The Ewart, and adjoining seventeen storey office building, at Bedford Street, Belfast.

This project included the mastic sealant of windows, external & internal, external expansion joints, internal sanitary ware, tile joints in all bathrooms, situated on each level, and the external paving joints in court yard.

Current project at Stormont Hotel, Belfast. Sk Sealants were appointed the external mastic sealant package by Graham Construction.

Recently completed project at City Quays 3, Belfast, the 16 storey Grade A office block was designed by RPP Architects Ltd in conjunction with Farrans Construction.

Sk Sealants were appointed the External & Internal mastic sealant package by Farrans Construction

Today seen the opening of the Game of Thrones studio tour at Linen Mill studios outside Banbridge, Co Down.

SK Sealants are proud to have been involved in this project. We were appointed the external and internal mastic sealant contract by Farrans Construction.

For any Game of Thrones fans, this is a must see!

Recently completed project at The Vantage, Great Victoria Street, Belfast. Sk Sealants were appointed the mastic sealant package by O'NEILL BUILDING WORKS LTD, for client MRP

This included all windows - external & internal, external expansion joints, internal sanitary ware and tile joints in the bathrooms situated on each level.

SK Sealants were pleased to have been appointed as the external mastic sealant contractor for EHA Group Mimosa Court, Derry project.

Sk Sealants have recently completed - mastic sealing windows, both externally & internally for Clarke service & embolden architecture at their new premises

Sk Sealants had the pleasure of completing the mastic work in these stunning bathrooms for Roskyle Construction

SK Sealants look forward to working with Marcon Fit-Out in the near future- having completed external and internal mastic sealant work, on the newly refurbished Wetherspoons on Camden Street Dublin

On site today at LIV student complex Belfast which is a GRAHAM Group project. Sk Sealants were appointed the external mastic sealant package on this project.
