We've officially broken ground on a new contract award for the highly anticipated Belfast Transport Hub. Our works will cover the installation of a new traffic light system, redirecting the road layout, and carrying out essential civil works. These improvements will streamline traffic flow around the city centre, making it easier for everyone to navigate and access the Hub.

The Transport Hub promises to transform public transport in Northern Ireland, significantly enhancing travel experiences across the country. The Hub will also play a major role in reducing NI's carbon emissions to positively impact the NI Executives goal to achieve Net Zero.

Our UK Operations team are making significant headway with the delivery of a major 132kV dual circuit and quadruple 33kV cable circuit infrastructure route totalling just shy of 7km in the South of England.

The project involves all of the circuits within the same excavation and includes Excavation, Duct installation, Backfill & reinstatement as well as the associated cable install.

This work is part of a large-scale operation to expand the capacity to residential & commercial properties within the surrounding area to help manage the increase in demand and upgrade the existing infrastructure.

One of our UK Ops team's recent installations of a 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐑𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐛 ⚡ located in 𝐘𝐨𝐫𝐤 📍

This Ultra-Rapid charging hub consists of 6nr 350kW chargers capable of reenergising your car in as little as 15 minutes! 🚗

This project involved civil works consisting of;
🚧 Breaking out & excavation of the existing spaces,
🛠️ Installation of pre-cast plinths and ducting to enable the cable installation.
🦺 The team also completed the construction of a new substation.
🏗️ Upon completion of the civil works the team pulled all cables, landed the chargers, and completed all terminations, testing and commissioning.
⚡To wrap up, our team finished with reinstating the bays, line marking, landscaping & finishing works.
