We have just finished our first 30 day UK & Ireland Self-Discipline Camp and what an amazing camp it was. As we take a break over the Christmas period the good news is that we are back with our 2nd camp on January 3rd 2024 right through until February 6th.

Rise and shine, my friends! Today, I want to share with you the incredible benefits of waking up at 5am.
Now, I know what you're thinking โ 5am sounds like an ungodly hour to be up and about. But trust me, there's something truly magical about starting your day before the world awakens. It's a time when the world is still and peaceful, allowing you to connect with yourself and set the tone for a fulfilling day ahead.
First and foremost, waking up at 5am gives you the gift of time. Those extra hours in the morning are yours to claim, free from distractions and interruptions. It's a chance to engage in activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul. Whether it's reading a book, practicing yoga, or simply savoring a cup of coffee in blissful solitude, these moments are precious and can truly transform your day.
Moreover, rising early allows you to cultivate a sense of discipline and control over your life. By setting a consistent wake-up routine, you establish a strong foundation for the rest of your day. As I sit here, gazing out at the world passing by, I can't help but wonder how many of us are drifting through life without a clear sense of purpose or direction. It's a thought that weighs heavy on my heart, and I believe it's something worth reflecting upon.
In this fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, constantly moving from one task to another, without taking a moment to pause and ask ourselves: "Am I truly living a life that aligns with my values and aspirations?"
Drifting can be a comfortable place to be, as it requires no commitment or responsibility. But deep down, we all yearn for something more meaningful, something that gives our lives purpose and fulfillment. Once you accept 100% responsibility for your results in life you are then in a position to plan to improve them.

So happy and grateful to be in a position to teach the principles of success this evening. The energy in the room was amazing and there were plenty of golden nuggets of information unearthed by those in attendance.

How good is your SELF-DISCIPLINE?
I have to admit mine was pretty poor to be honest and the reason was because I hadnโt discovered my โDefiniteness of Purposeโ. I was lost. I was drifting through life with no goals, no ambitions, no desiresโฆ..just hopes and wishes.
I was waiting for life to yield me a lucky break but it never arrived. My self-discipline suffered as a result. I would get frustrated easily. I would have negative emotions like anger, hate, jealousy, envy. I would judge others and myself.
Finding my purpose helped develop my self-disciplineโฆ..but it took time. Now Iโm in control of my beliefs, my behaviours and my results. My self-discipline gets stronger and stronger each day.
There is a gap that exists between knowing what we must do to succeed and actually doing what needs to be done. Do you know how to bridge that gap?

Hey everyone, I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that has been on my mind lately โ the cost of not investing in ourselves. ๐ญ
We often get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, constantly prioritizing work, family, and other responsibilities. But what about investing in our own personal growth and development?
Let me tell you, the cost of neglecting ourselves is far greater than we might realize. When we don't invest in ourselves, we risk missing out on incredible opportunities for growth, happiness, and success.

First and foremost, investing in ourselves means taking care of our physical and mental well-being. It means making time for exercise, eating nutritious food, and getting enough rest. When we neglect our health, we pay the price with decreased energy, increased stress, and potential health issues down the road.
