I’m taking this to help aid digestion ,takin this 1st thing helps set up the digestion system for the day. I hadn’t takin a digestion supplement in a minute as after rawr sports stopped & there fierce was discontinued I couldn’t find 1 liked until now.

Applied nutrition COLLAGEN PEPTIDES.. Now I’m not taking this for the skin ,nails ,hair (I have now lol) I’m purely taking this to help heal my wound from hernia surgery as the more collagen we have the more it speeds up the healing process. I started taking this a week before surgery & my wound has healed on the outside already (1 1/2 weeks post op).

Supplement needs KIDNEY & BLOOD PRESSURE . I’m taking this as I always do to help my kidney out as I only have 1 & it functions at 40%.

ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH PROTEIN??

The amount you will need depends on ya age,activity levels ,muscle mass.

There are a few ways/signs your body will let you know if you aint consumin enough protein.

1.TIREDNESS. If you are always feelin tired/exhausted it could be a sign you are not gettin enough protein. Make sure you ave protein rich foods with meals durin the day.

2.LOSING MUSCLE MASS. If you are not getting enough protein your body will start to break sown muscle tissue for energy.

3.ALWAYS HUNGRY. Protein keeps you fuller for longer . If you are reachin for them snacks more often try upping ya protein.

4.GETTIN SICK MORE OFTEN. Protein is great for a strong immune system. If you are gettin sick more often it could be a sign you are not gettin enough protein.
