It’s always crazy busy , but I love my Monday mix of Physiotherapy sessions & 6 Pilates classes … ranging from progressive to advanced level mat clssses as well as reformers. 📣Calling all Health & Wellness professionals.📣 We have 7 fabulous consulting rooms in our Holywood Road clinic and some are available to rent on a regular or ad hoc basis. We are looking to expand our services to include other areas of health care and wellness. Each room is fully kitted out including treatment plinth . If specific equipment is required for your practice we are happy to discuss provision. The rooms are suitable for private practice health practitioners . The day to day running of Belfast Pilates and Physiotherapy is a major undertaking. As clinic owners, practising physiotherapists with full clinic diaries and waiting lists booked weeks ahead, managing a team of physiotherapists, pilates instructors and admin staff, building maintenance and services... and that's before juggling family life. Each week seems to feel like crisis management and we never pause to reflect on the good that we do.

Getting our team coordinated for a photoshoot with the purpose of new website content was a military affair and we still didn't manage everyone there together 🙃

But just look at the result of what we did achieve 💚🖤💚🖤

I graduated from university of Ulster. I have experience working within the NHS and 14 years experience working in private practice. Postgraduate qualifications in acupuncture and Pilates which enables me to deliver the best quality care. I have a keen interest in sports and gym-related injuries, joint and back pain, with a personal interest in endurance events such as running and cycling. I have competed in endurance events around the world i.e.Berlin marathon, New York marathon and mountain Ultra running events, I also enjoy weekly parkruns (500+ and counting) I am client focus in my treatment approach and a knowledgeable resource for all fitness enthusiasts.

A week of skiing with my family who just want to ski all day, everyday. I so appreciated the leg strength & endurance gained from my Pilates training. Ski prep exercises of wall slides, squats, lunges, single leg balance & calf stretches meant a more comfortable ski position & more fun on the slopes! ❤️
