#2 RETURN SHOULD BE VALIDATED BY US
If there is a faulty product and you want to return the product, you need to contact us directly. The delievery man will not authenticate the return WE WILL.
If you do no get in touch WITH US the delivery man can not take the product back. Please be patient and we will rearrange a pick up for you - IT WILL be done. You can call us or ask the delivery man to give us a call and we will respond Inshaa'Allah. This creates lots of inconvenience for us as the delivery company doesn't take any responsibility in this matter.
#3 OPEN THE PARCEL INFRONT OF DELIVERY MAN
Always open the parcel in-front of the delivery man. In light of the recent pandemic, if you can not open the parcel in front of delivery man, please make a video proof and show it to us so that we can authenticate a return of the product.
Communication is the key and we want to build better relationships with our customers so please do not hesitate to message or call us. Your feedback is important to us 🌸🌸
