I am trialling out a new way for booking my customers in and gathering details about your dogs so I can tailor times and grooming requirements specifically for their needs. 😊
I hoping this will make the admin side of this job a lot easier and less time consuming 🙈🤪
At the moment the way this works is that you click the link below, fill in a new customer form (one time only) which I will review and confirm. You still request the date and time which you are looking for in person/via message with myself and if that slot is available I will book you in.
This service will send you an email reminder 2 days beforehand so if you need to change/cancel it gives me plenty of notice.
There are terms and conditions set out in the form which you will need to agree to, I do ask that you read these thoroughly.
Please give me honest feedback on what you think of the service.
