Contract Services Roofing & Cladding are excited to have been awarded the roofing and cladding package on this new Mercedes Benz Van showroom by Cleary Contracting. The installation of the envelope package will commence in the next few weeks comprising of Kingspan RW panel, Kingspan Architectural panel and IKO Armorplan PVC roofing.

A new project for a new year. Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have been awarded the envelope package for a 5000m2 extension to the fabrication halls at Harland & Wolff by Cleary Contracting. The project will involve the installation of 8000m2 of Kingspan Cladding on the roof and walls.
The extension to the fabrication halls is part of a £77m investment in Harland & Wolff's infrastructure in preparation for the construction of three new ships for the MoD.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have recently completed roofing works at the new crematorium in Newtownabbey for Ganson Building & Civil Engineering. The roofing package included the installation of 600m2 of Rheinzink traditional standing seam zinc and 500m2 of Soprema fully insulated single ply PVC membrane.
The new crematorium represents a £5m investment by Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council and will complement existing services at Roselawn.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding are looking forward to getting started on this new project in the next couple of days. We will be installing 7,000m2 of Steadmans roofing and Cladding on this new processing facility for Enva.

One of our current projects well under way at Linden Foods. Contract Services Roofing & Cladding are installing 400m2 of 150mm insulation and IKO Armourplan PVC membrane on the roof. The walls are being clad in 500m2 of Kingspan 100mm Benchmark Karrier panel with metallic silver Kingspan Dri Design cassette rainscreen system. Contract Services negotiated the 2nd phase of the project following successful.completion of the 1st phase in 2021. Great work by the site team 👏.

Works progressing at a nice pace on the new Dogs Trust facility outside Ballymena. Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have just installed 800m2 of 120mm core Trisomet LG composite roof panel. Due to the 30 degree roof pitch roof panels were fitted using a crane and Cladboy reducing handling and aiding fitting. Well done to the site team for getting this roof fitted so quickly 👍.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have recently completed reroofing Mountview Arc in Downpatrick for Peter O'Hare Ltd. The old composite roof panels were severely corroded and leaking badly. Contract Services removed the existing roof panels and reroofed with Kingspan KS1000 RW panels, new gutters and PPC aluminium cappings which followed the curved eaves of the roof.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have just completed this new extension at Portaferry Health Centre for Peter O'Hare Ltd. Project works included the installation of a multi colour Rockpanel rainscreen with PPC aluminium window pods and an IKO Armorplan single ply PVC roof with PPC aluminium cappings. Another quality installation by our site team 👍.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have recently completed the envelope package on this new cold storage facility in Antrim for MSM Contracts. The works comprised of 2700m2 of Kingspan KS1000 RW on the roof and 1800m2 of Kingspan KS1000 RW on the walls including complex detailing around services and an overclad of an existing office building.

Roofing works well under way in one of our latest projects in Glengormley. We are currently installing 4000m2 Kingspan KS1000 RW followed by 1800m2 Kingspan KS1000 MR architectural panel and 100m2 single ply pvc roofing.

Abbeyfield Nursing Home in South Belfast is one of our latest projects. Contract Services Roofing & Cladding installed 700m2 of Soprema Flagon single ply PVC roofing and 900m2 Prefalz traditional standing seam roofing & cladding to walls, roofs, soffits and canopies.

We are the go to contractor for quality workmanship.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have just completed the envelope package on the new yoghurt factory at Clandeboye Estate for Martin & Hamilton. Works included Kingspan 150mm core KS1OOO RW Flatliner panel on the 35 degree pitched roof, Kingspan KS1000 RW on walls and roofs, IKO single ply PVC membrane and Cedral Lap timber effect wall cladding. Great work again by our site team 👌.

One of our current projects progressing nicely. Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have been employed by OB Construction to install the envelope package on a new filing station for Nicholl Fuels in Enniskillen. The works package includes the supply and install of Kingspan Benchmark Evolution Axis architectural wall cladding, PPC aluminium cappings, Kingspan Topdek Roofing, IKO built up felt roofing to the retail and office building and Befab profiled roofing & soffits on the forecourt canopy.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have recently completed the envelope package on the newly extended and redeveloped former Ulster Bank on the Boucher Rd in Belfast for Lowry Building. The works package include the design, supply and install of a new insulated aluminium cassette rainscreen system, aluminium fascias, cappings and install of an IKO fully adhered single ply PVC roofing system.

Something a little bit different for us. Contract Services Roofing & Cladding worked to a very specific brief by the architect who also is the owner of this unique new build home. The project package included the supply and fit of bespoke signal red ppc sinusoidal roofing & cladding, window pods and IKO single ply pvc roofing.

Contract Services Roofing & Cladding have just completed the external envelope package to the newly extended and refurbished Milltown Spar in Ballymoney. The project package included the supply & fit of Rockpanel timber effect rainscreen, PPC aluminium cassette rainscreen, feature flashings & cappings, Kingspan RW roofing and IKO single ply pvc roofing. Great work by our site team again.

Eurospar Newcastle recently completed by Contract Services. The envelope package included Kingspan KS1000RW roof, IKO bituminous roofing, PPC aluminium rainscreen, soffit and feature flashings. All completed on time to an exceptionally high standard by our site team again 👌.

Contract Services have just completed the latest Tim Horton outlet on the Boucher Rd, Belfast. Kingspan MR Wall panels, RW wall panels, Topdek roof panels, PPC aluminium cappings and flashing all installed within program and achieving a 5.0 air test first time.
