Its With a very heavy heart I have to say that I've decided to take a step away from baking.

Not to get into it too much but mentally I'm not OK and haven't been for a while.

I'm going to use this time to get better and hopefully come back stronger than ever.

Whoever has cakes already booked I will still do the order so please don't worry.

Just thought I would put a post up.

I've been bombarded with messages, comments and even been stopped in Tesco and on the street .. but I didn't have an answer for any of you.

Landscape spar (Crumlin road) have decided to not stock our products anymore. Due to the switch over in sites and having their supplier quota filled. This may change in the future though.

Thank you all for caring that much that you have stopped to ask me. It's quite sad news as I loved seeing all the staff everyday but it is what it is.

I was very honoured to be asked to be a business mentor to this cracker wee group at the Boys Model secondary school.

These young fellas were an absolute pleasure to work with and wish I had more than one day with them.

Such a great day, thank you to Prince's Trust Northern Ireland for making me apart of the enterprise challenge!!

God I hate January!

I have decided to move away from the processed caramel and make my own with my own recipe .. it's fresh and more like a toffee caramel .. we've had great reviews so far!

Soooooo at the end of 2020 I made a promise to myself that I would sell my products in a shop .. I had planned to give myself a year to prep for this .. two weeks into the new year I was fu***ng mental!!!

I'll not go on about accomplishments or hardships as I plan to look ahead, but from the bottom of my heart .. Thank you. To everyone on my page but also to anyone that purchased even one of my products!

Because I had to answer so many messages yesterday it kept me over 2 hours behind.

Please keep in mind all my products are FRESH I don't make things the night before .. it's all made on the day so you can enjoy it for longer ❤

**DELIVERY POST**

Its a shame I have to post this, for two years my dad has been doing deliveries and has taken some abuse.

Under NO circumstances will I tolerate this. I have no problem donating the order to the homeless. When orders were placed from the menu the delivery fee was on the post .. if you've asked for delivery the fee has to be paid.

This includes everyone (my family will vouch for this) my wee daddy gives up his time on Xmas eve and the 23rd to help his kid out and I won't have anyone give him abuse.
