We had the folks out from radio ulster the other day, they were doing a piece on locally made mozzarella cheese which is made from our moo cow milk, jump to 43 minutes in to hear John talking about the herd and keep listening to hear all about this great product

This day 47 years ago, showing one of our herds favourite cows after winning all Ireland champion. Her great grand daughters are still in our herd today providing moo cow milk 🥛
