Our black feathered, bronze turkeys are fattened slowly on an oat-rich diet throughout the summer and autumn, then hung for a further fortnight to guarantee a tender full flavoured bird. It’s a traditional tasting turkey with rich, dense meat and a juicy texture.

What type of Turkey do I need?

1. WHOLE TURKEY
The perfect centre piece to any Christmas dinner!
Specially reared for us and hung to develop flavour, our turkeys have plenty of white and dark meat to suit all guests. Plus the giblets for the all important gravy. Ideal for feeding small families or a crowd, our locally reared birds come from our trusted farmer John and this is our highest quality option when it comes to turkey.

2. CROWN
Ideal for those who particularly enjoy the white meat, this is a whole breast on the bone, without legs or wings.
Has some of the bone in turkey feel & presentation without the fuss of the legs.

3. BREAST JOINT
This is a boneless option with just white meat, easy to carve, and simple to prepare.
Choose between a plain turkey breast joint or have it stuffed with our sage and onion stuffing

4. B***D AND ROLLED TURKEY
Choose one of our premium white or bronze turkeys to be b***d and rolled or b***d, stuffed and rolled.
This allows you to have all the quality and flavour of our specially reared turkeys whilst having an easy to carve joint that includes both dark and white meat.
