We've prepped way more than ever for tomorrow so we are super ready for any masses.

We don't accept bookings for anything less than an 8. So walk in and we will do our very best to accommodate you

Our first Pride Saturday at 🏳️‍🌈

We expect there to be a lottttttt of people about so we're going street food for one day only

Food served in compostable bowls and plates with disposable compostable cutlery so you can walk about or sit down

We've had a trial at the pork belly, finishing it at a super high temp and just set the fire alarms off. But it's good!

Chinese Duck a'lorange 🦆

Boneless half duck slow roasted. Served with wok fried greens and peanuts. Topped with a classic orange sauce pimped up with szechuan and chilli 🌶️

The best Turkish Eggs in town

We go a little further than just flavouring yoghurt.

We make our own labneh by seasoning local yoghurt with salt then straining for a few days to draw the water out. It becomes super thick (like cream cheese)

We add yoghurt, garlic, saffron and other herbs and spices

Topped with pickled golden raisins, homemade dukkah and za'atar. Some poached eggs on top. Served with homemade sourdough toast on the side

We close this Wednesday at 5.30pm for a few days

Pardon the pun but these have been absolutely flying out this week and I'm so glad.

They are one of my absolute fav things on the menu

Our KFC (Korean Fried Chicken wings)

Using local wings we steam for 2 hours at around 80 degrees. Then we bake in a dry oven for another hour or so at a very low temp. Finished in the fryer then rolled in yangnyeom (Korean style bbq sauce with lots of 🌶️🌶️)

Topped with a little handful of roasted sesame seeds

Only £7 a bowl 👏👏

Our Independence Day Texan Feast 🇺🇸

Half rack of overnight cooked pork baby back ribs. Handful of triple cooked chicken wings. Both doused in our homemade bourbon BBQ sauce.

Served with fries, ranch slaw and homemade corn bread.

Plenty of napkins on the side 😋

Tomorrow is both Election Day and Independence Day

We're going full on Texas with a ribs n wings special

Super slow cooked baby back ribs in our own Bourbon sauce. Steamed, baked and fried wings. Homemade corn bread. Ranch slaw and fries

Made with flour, milk, potatoes, yeast, butter and salt these are super soft and incredibly tasty

Based on the Dutch bitterballen we mix venison mince with a beer stew made by thickening Red Cow Ale with a classic roux

These are rolled, breaded, fried then baked

Topped with a sweetened Red Cow Ale fluid gel and a Dijon mayo on the side
