Experience the benefits of Pilates at Alpha Physio's state-of-the-art clinic in East Belfast (off the Upper Castlereagh Road). Our fully air-conditioned studio provides the perfect environment to improve flexibility, build strength, enhance posture, boost core stability, relieve stress, and achieve overall well-being.

Class Schedule:
- Monday: 9:45am - 10:45am (Beginner)
- Tuesday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Beginner)
- Tuesday: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Beginner)

Upcoming Sessions:
- Next Block: Starting the week of May 20th for 6 weeks
- Note: No Monday class on May 27th due to bank holiday (alternative class Thursday 30th)

Special Offer for May 2024:
Before joining our Pilates classes, new clients (those not currently enrolled with Alpha Physio) are required to attend a complimentary one-on-one Pilates assessment with our physiotherapist instructor. This session, normally priced at £42, includes a discussion of your medical history and a mobility assessment to tailor the class to your needs. It also covers basic Pilates fundamentals.

Cost:
- £66 for a 6-week block (includes complimentary one-on-one Pilates Assessment Pre-class)
- All equipment provided

Led by Chartered Physiotherapist Jeff Blair, whose extensive clinical experience spans nearly 25 years, our team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to delivering unparalleled patient care.

Certified physiotherapist instructor Chloe Mitchell, who holds accreditation from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), brings her expertise as a physiotherapist for elite sports teams.

Eric Conroy, with a level three certificate in Swedish Massage (VTCT) offers over a decade of experience in massage therapy, enhances our offerings with his proficiency in Swedish massage techniques, aimed at promoting relaxation, improving athletic performance, and preventing future injuries.

Our secretary Audrey McDowell with her warm smile and professional demeanour, is here to ensure your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional. Fantastic to see Tom McKibbin this week at our new premises in Orby Drive. Great to catch up since his recent win at the Porsche European Open on the DP European Tour.

Well done to Tom McKibbin. Yesterday he won the Porsche European Open on the DP world tour. In only his second year as a pro and first year on the main tour, it's a monumental achievement. Personally seeing his years of hard work, it's so well deserved. 👏👏👏👏

Tom McKibbin - DP world tour player

So proud of Tom McKibbin today. Over 7 years of working together from 2014, Tom has went from winning the World Championship (@ under 12) in 2015 to winning numerous amateur titles to turning pro last year. Tom has just finished 10th on the Challenge tour rankings this year (due to an brilliant T6 finish at the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final today) and gaining his card for the DP World Tour next season. Absolutely amazing.

What an amazing week for Tom McKibbin. Finished T10 at the ISPS Handa World Invitational on the European Tour. His best result on the European Tour to date and now his fifth top 15 finish in his last 5 pro events. It's a joy to watch his growth as a professional player. .

Great fun watching Tom finish 2nd at the Irish Challenge on the Challenge Tour today. Back to back birdies on 6 holes on the front 9 and some spectacular golf. Working with Tom for 8 years, he keeps getting better and better. Brilliant 👏👏

Absolutely delighted to see our No. 1 client get his first win as a professional golfer. Tom McKibbin hit a 8 under par second round to come from behind and clinch his first pro win in sunny Florida this week. Brilliant. 🍾👏

Great fun watching our favourite client Tom McKibbin Golf at the ISPS Handa World Invitational on the European tour this week @ Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort. Making 2 cuts and finishing 26th after only recently turning pro. Pretty phenomenal really. Joy to watch and a career that's looks to be long and illustrious. Well done Tom 👏
