Everyone going to Dublin tomorrow with the Tower to Tower group, we are leaving the centre at 8am sharp, our timings are very tight with the bus driver having limited driving hours etc we cannot wait on anyone who is late. Please aim to be at the centre no later than 7.45am. There is rain forecast for Dublin tomorrow and much of what we are doing is outside please make sure ro wear weather appropriate clothing

We are closed tonight for juniors, boxing still on, seniors going to Christmas market need to pick up a form from the club between 3 and 5, no firms will be given out after 5 we’re leaving at 6 on the button

Another brilliant night at our Jeet Kune Do group last night, the girls are both learning a new skill and gaining in confidence. We had a visit from our local NPT last night, thank you very much to Nick and Paul for coming down. As always thank you Brian and Daniel. This programme is funded by Police East Belfast Belfast PCSP thank you very much

Registration is opening in the next week for new members aged 5-8 years as some of our older juniors transition into senior club. Spaces will be limited. Also if your child is registered aged 5-8 years old is registered but has not been attending their space will also be included in the spaces available for new registrations. Keep an eye on the page for the spaces becoming available #5-8s

Thank you very much to the Cosy Somme Association for their donation of selection boxes to our Christmas grotto! All money raised from the grotto is for our Tower to Tower project! Thank you very much to Mark for bringing them and being the poster boy for the donation

Parents of our registered members who need help with Christmas please send us a quick pm, even if you e already done so just with ages etc of your kids we gave gifts available from 0-18 years gifts

There will be no junior club tomorrow evening Thursday 30th November, boxing on as normal!

The first week of our healthy meals programme will be ready to collect tomorrow at 4pm! We still have some of the slow cookers to collect, if these aren’t collected we will pass them on to the next person on the list

The winner of our football card is Robert Moore who selected Everton! Thank you very much to everyone who bought a team and supported our Tower to Tpwer programme and thank you to Robert who donated his prize back to the club for selection boxes

We are still accepting donations of good quality used or new toys for our toy appeal! We have already had unprecedented demand this year so any help would be gratefully received. Our boxers had a great session of yoga on Tuesday evening! The young people really enjoyed this session and will complete these sessions every Tuesday evening

Project HOMELESS WARRIOR - Looking for donations!
Homeless Warrior is an AAVS project to identify homeless veterans. A small team hits the streets of Belfast every Saturday night to help the homeless by providing hot food, drinks, toiletries and warm clothing. We also provide medical care if required. This allows us to chat with the people we help and gives us a chance to identify veterans, who as we know will not identify themselves willingly to other homeless charities. Once identified we can then offer the veteran(s) a route out of homelessness and any addiction they may have.
