There is a reason why that jar or bottle (who keeps honey in bottles?!) of honey is cheap and sold in a supermarket. Big companies supplying supermarkets aren’t individual beekeepers but factories who buy big quantities of honey (often low quality honey) then mix it all up and ship it on. Sometimes they’re using syrups and other manmade substances to increase quantity, to be able to get that contract with a supermarket chain. No single genuine bee farm in the world is able to cope with the quantities required by supermarkets. Showing Country of origin on the label is an actual requirement in EU and UK but I am not sure why they are being let to get away with “blend of EU and non-EU honeys”. 🍯
