Iyengar instructor Mike Farr, with over twenty years experience in practicing and six years of teaching this particular type of yoga. He runs weekly classes in Berkhamsted, Herts, and also in Yoga Loft in Queens Park in London and in Tri Yoga in Chelsea. Mike also runs retreats in Megeve in France as well as in Terifa in Spain.
