Booking conditions. From 3rd January 2023. To secure a booking ,25% of total cost of booking will be required ,At time of booking.
Remaining balance must be paid 10 days before departure date .

To cancel, 12 days notice must be given for full refund. (Bookings can be rescheduled to an alternative avaliable date and time .

Cancellations within the 12days notice period ,only the cost of fuel and maintenance will be returned at a rate of 55% of total booking costs .(no exceptions) .

Bookings can be paid in instalments each month and total balance must be paid 10 days before departure date.

Invoices will always be sent out via email or as a txt message .Postal Invoices can be arranged at customers expense.

Any paypal payments will incur charges .

Advise bookings to be paid by bank transfer or card . Cheques accepted 20 days before departure date (no post dated cheques).
