IMPORTANT TRAVEL NOTICE! 🚙‼️

On the weekend of our feis, The M25 will be shut in both directions between Junction 10 for the A3, Wisley, and Painshill, and Junction 11 for Chertsey, Addlestone, and Ottershaw. This closure will begin at 9pm on Friday 12th July and end at 6am on Monday 15th July.

The timetable will be shared next week with teachers - but please allow additional time for your journeys as we suspect this will causes some significant delays.

ADDRESS & PARKING INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEKEND ❗

🗺️ Please take note of the address for our event: Bexley Grammar School, Danson Lane, Welling, DA16 2NL.

🚗 There will be plenty of parking on site and an overflow car park in the tennis courts, however if we were to reach capacity, there is plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets.

👀Door entry is £10 per day or £15 for a two day pass. Programmes are £5 and come with a free printed feis mark token. A reminder door entry and our tuck shop is cash only!

🍔☕️ We will have a tuck shop telling hot & cold drinks as well as snacks and a hot food van for meals.

We’re delighted to have The Feis Shop attending our feis on the weekend! Be sure to pop by to their stall for all things shoes, wigs and accessories! They’ll be setup in the main hall 💙👏🏼

Competitions can and will start 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time if timetable allows to do so on the day ⏰

Take note of the following important info:
▪️ The M25 has planned closures over the weekend so please allow extra time for your journey.
▪️ Doors will open on Saturday at 8am
▪️ Sports hall doors will open at 7:45am on Sunday and the main hall will open at 9am
▪️ Numbers to be collect by teachers at the entry desk
▪️ will be our vendors for the weekend
▪️ Door entry is £10 a day or £15 for a two day pass. Cash only.

Our 2024 programmes have arrived! These will be sold for £5 on the day and will include x1 free token to redeem either a printed championship or prelim set of results 👏🏼

They include competitors lists for championship and prelim age groups and for all awards, the timetable and good luck messages 💙🦁

The final timetable for the Southern England championships has now been sent to all teachers. Please note we are running different start times for the main hall and sports hall on Sunday 14th of July.

The start times and door opening times are as follows:
