About the beer: the Brew York single hopped pales are made by adding small amounts of hop at the beginning of the boil, with a larger quantity to the very end, this showcases the subtle aromas and characteristics of each hop variety exclusively.
Hints of Grapefruit, Pine, Spice, at 4.6% this is the perfect pale ale to be sippin’ in the garden! 🍻☀️

About the beer: Using, Calypso, Mosaic and Rakau hops give this pale ale a tropical finish. Expect crisp, fruity flavours with elements of apple, pear, stone fruit and citrus from the Calypso, combined with earthly, herbal and spicy flavours from the Mosaic and Rakau. At 4.6%, you’re safe to have a few! YUM 🍻🍻

About the beer: This has double the malt and hop flavours that you would expect from an IPA. Beautifully pale gold in colour. This beer is big, bold and has a full citrus, pine and stone fruit aroma.
This is the first of 2 barrels for us here so if you don’t catch this one you might grab the next but we’ve got a feeling this is going to fly out this Friday! Steady though, it’s 5% 🦴😉

About the wine: From, Côtes de Thau Cap d’Agde in France. Pale and salmon pink in colour, with intense, fresh, beautiful notes of pink grapefruit, fresh peach and citrus. A rosé which is elegant crisp and dry.

About the beer: A dark lager, in a cask? Yes!! Brewed with hops from Germany & Czech Republic this beauty is amber in colour, with a malty flavour and a subtle sweet, fruity aroma.
At 4.7% this one isn’t so sessionable, but it is delicious! So come and grab a couple of pints before it’s gone for good. We don’t think it’ll be around for very long! 🍻🍻

This Brit Pale Ale at 4.2% is wholly hopped using British hops. Rather than the fruity, citrussy flavours imparted by American and Pacific hops, their British cousins give an earthy, woody flavour that makes for perfect bittering.

Field’s LX Pale 4.7% - Recipe from 1888 makes a comeback. UK and German Hops on a super-traditional heritage pale malt base.
