This week is English Wine Week, and what better way to celebrate than with a glass of this classic Cuveé sparkling wine from the Bolney Estate in West Sussex?

At The Yurt, our environmental impact is at the forefront of everything we do.

Therefore, we have created our weekly Set Lunch Menu incorporating tasty, locally sourced, and sustainable delicacies for both people and the planet to enjoy!

We recognise that everyone leads busy lives nowadays, but it is important to slow down once in a while, and what better way to decompress than by joining us for lunch?

Wherever possible, we aim to keep our Set Lunch Menu seasonal, local, and sustainable by…

• Foraging, locally sourcing, or harvesting from our own kitchen garden the food that is served onto your plate
• Using neighbouring suppliers to support local farmers, and to ensure the freshness of our produce
• Reducing the miles that our produce travels, and, consequently, our fuel consumption, decreasing our carbon footprint

Our Set Lunch Menus are designed based on the harvests of our local suppliers, so these do have the potential to change and adapt with the seasons.
