25th (Mon) Christmas Day: Closed (as usual)
26th (Tue) Boxing Day: Closed

Normal Hours between 27th and 30th.

31st (Sun) Hogmanay: 4pm-9:30pm
1st (Mon) New Year's Day: Closed (as usual)

Normal hours resume from 2nd Jan onwards.

As you may be aware, we are facing rising
costs on utility bills and wholesale prices
due to the inflation situation. These have
reached unprecedented highs as of late.
Unfortunately, we cannot absorb all these
costs. As a result, from 1st May 2022, we
will add 30p onto every item on the menu.
We deeply apologise and hope you will
accept our sincere efforts to keep The Oriental
up and running, continuing to serve our local community.

25th Saturday (Xmas Day): Closed
26th Sunday (Boxing Day): 4pm-9pm
27th Monday (Observed Xmas Day): Closed
28th Tuesday (Observed Boxing Day): 4pm-9pm

Normal hours will be resumed from 29th onwards including Hogmanay and New Years Day.

Yesterday we received this PPE kit and we would like to thank Biggar Community for the overwhelming love and support.
It's Chinese (Lunar) New Year today and this gift means a lot to us as it symbolises health, safety and positivity as the new Year of the Ox begins.
Thanks to this kit we can continue to safely prepare and deliver delicious meals to our local community during these times. We really appreciate the blessings and we thank you for always looking out for us.

Today we received this envelope through our door from an anonymous well-wisher at The Oriental. This is a very heart-warming gesture, and it means an incredible lot to us.
Your gift is highly appreciated, knowing that there are such kind souls amongst the locals (the majority) really keeps us going.
The cash will be put towards purchasing PPE equipment, which provides us the ability to continue to serve our community safely.
