A simple but delicious blend of tarquins rhubarb gin, chambord raspberry liquor & fresh pineapple juice shaken and double strained into a chilled coupe glass and garnished with Taylors Ice Cream at Cones & Candies awesome raspberry sauce & freeze dried raspberries.

The Rush Hour.
This twist on the classic espresso martini is a blend of vanilla vodka, tia maria, cointreau, baileys and freshly brewed espresso. Shaken & double strained into a chilled coupe glass and garnished with chocolate powder and 3 coffee beans.
If you've ever wondered why we bartenders always garnish our coffee based drinks with 3 coffee beans, here's the answer!
One of the espresso martini's trademarks is three coffee beans on the top, and those beans serve a purpose: they represent health, wealth and happiness. So when friends, family or colleagues are having a toast while drinking espresso martinis, they are celebrating those three things.
It's a perfect balance of bitter coffee flavours and sweetness from the spirits.

Jim Beam cherry bourbon, fresh lemon, simple syrup & angostura bitters shaken and strained into crushed ice for this refreshing & strong summer cocktail!
Also, making a comeback, we have the AT Martini.
Created by Alex, this delicious martini is a blend of Edinburgh raspberry gin, chambord, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and fresh lemon juice. Garnished with freeze dried raspberries. It tastes amazing!

Our chefs have created this tasty burger to celebrate "Volksfling" returning to Biggar for another year. The beetle burger, Aberdeen Angus beef burger on a beetroot bun with burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickled red cabbage, cheese & sweet chilli pulled beef brisket and accompanied by fries and slaw.

Matt has made a Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin Mojito!
Tarquins rhubarb & raspberry gin, fresh lime, fresh mint & simple syrup muddled together and mixed with loads of crushed ice. Garnished with fresh mint, lime wedges & raspberries. A very refreshing and tasty variation on the classic mojito.
