After some negative feedback from our passengers regarding our pick-up point in Ellesmere Port - on our Merseyside route (route A) - we have made the decision to change it to a different place. If you are already booked on a trip and are joining us in Ellesmere Port, you will be receiving an amended confirmation in the next few weeks with details of the change.

We've taken over Warner's Gunton Hall in Suffolk this week for one of our ever-popular GB Tours Get Togethers. We have 8 coaches and over 350 passengers on site!

Reservations Team – part time, 2 days (15 hours) Mondays and Fridays, 9am-5pm.
We have a vacancy in our busy reservations team in our travel shop in Birkenhead, Wirral, answering incoming calls from customers all over the country responding to our various marketing. We are used to getting glowing comments about the team who serve our customers, and the right person will enhance that. We are looking for someone who likes talking to people, who can listen carefully to any needs and request they may have, and who can work under a little pressure at times.

Admin Team – full time, 5 days (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Not your average Administration job. Varied, busy and with lots of different smaller tasks making up the bigger overall position. We’re looking for someone to join our admin team here in Birkenhead. They must be well organised, able to manage their time and enjoy being regularly required to jump from one task to another and then perhaps another!! If you have experience in this type of work, maybe have a travel or transport background – or perhaps have experience in an administration position and in your spare time enjoy organising events for a club or society – this just might be the role for you.

The Christmas decorations are winging their way back to the attic, the festive wrapping paper is in the recycling bin and the New Year fireworks are lying soggily in the gutter, but there's no need to despair... there's a whole new year of holidays to get planning! We just wanted to share some nice feedback from one of our recent trips to the Babbacombe Hotel, Babbacombe: "My parents had a wonderful time - my mum raved about the hotel! The clean room with sea view and en-suite with walk-in shower were just perfect. They are very familiar with the area and have been holidaying in and around the area for many, many years. The food was really good and to a high standard. At the age of 75 mum was diagnosed as a coeliac, and one particular chef was very helpful, kind and understanding. The entertainment was marvellous - big thumbs up!" Our thanks to the Babbacombe Hotel staff for going above and beyond!
