An insight to pure, simple healing is so vast when everybody has their own story, journey and path. 🪽✨

Not every day or week is the best but that’s okay! Life can be a challenge, if all you can do is show up even when you don’t feel 100% then you are still doing you’re best ❤️‍🩹

I take pride in helping those dark days feel and become lighter. Happiness comes from within and once you are happy inside, taking away any doubts, low self-beliefs, worries, triggers and anxiety, you really become your truest, lightest self ❤️

The ‘Pure Simple Healing Workshop’ is just one avenue I support those who feel they lack confidence and have low self worth. This course has enabled ladies who are unable to even look in the mirror due to not liking what they see, to leave with a new lease, routine and ability to smile in their mirror ready to build their confidence. The next date is Sunday 18th August and further info can be found online 🤍

Another avenue to help those suffering is Reiki and the Mind Healing Facial ~ the power behind these treatments speak volumes with many clients coming off anti-depressants from the support system of natural healing.

Triggers and problems will be pin pointed and released, removing confidence blocks, stresses, worries and tension as I aim to clear your mind, improve focus and provide energetic nourishment for each client.

Everybody is fighting their own battles and my DMs are always open ~ remember to fill your own cup first. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel even if you don’t see it right now 🌈⛅️🙏🏼💕

To the many followers who know me personally will know how emotionally attached Noubalm is to my heart. Whenever anyone has asked me about Noubalm over the years, I hold so much emotion and passion. It was never created to become the brand It is today, as it was created to help and heal my own mental health with the products I started to make for myself.

Until a further stepping stone last year, I was undergoing hypnotherapy for confidence for public speaking with Cognessence Transformational Therapy as I could not even introduce my self in a small group.

On Sunday I had the pleasure of being asked to attend The Pilates Wellness Programme with Steph where I faced that fear and sat with a group of beautiful ladies to talk about Noubalm 🥰

I am super proud of myself just achieving this is such a major step forward for me and now helps me voice about my journey and how it has helped and healed me over the years and will continue to do so for all of you who love and continue to support Noubalm 💕
