So after what should of been a weekend in Sicily, instead ended up being a weekend in Paris due to a missed flight 🙈🙈
However it was so needed!

For anyone who is new here I am Heidi the owner of Hairlusion Clinic,
I am a mum of one 👩‍👦 and I set up this business as I am truly passionate about helping others whether that’s by restoring someone’s confidence with a hairline or just having a lovely chat during the treatment 😂 ( I always wanted to be a counsellor)
And trust me during treatments you do somewhat get a counselling session 😂 but we’re here for it!

I personally am not very good at working for other people, not sure if anyone can relate? 🙊 so being my own boss and creating the hours I want to do along with doing something I absolutely love, is and was a no brainer!

Back to the post above.. sometimes being the type of person who enjoys being in control and working for themselves can be somewhat overwhelming adding onto that having a personal life and family responsibilities at times again we can put too much pressure on ourselves… personally I am trying to make sure I find that good balance..

I don’t think we should keep pushing things forward when your currently not in that motivated state… so rest is required at times.
As the saying goes you can’t pour from an empty cup… so make sure your also filling up your own cup…

So this weekend that was my intentions to fill up my own cup so I can be my best self in all other areas.. Balance ❤️
