💫 Female Waxing Clients - we do treat on the time of the month aslong as you use our freshening up wipes (which we provide) and insert a fresh tampon.
Cancelling on the day will result in loss of your deposit unfortunately.

💫Sickness - while we strongly agree you do not attend the salon with illness please respect that we also cannot guarantee we will refund a deposit if your sick on the day of your treatment and either you or ourselves have to cancel the appointment.

💫 Lateness - we will waiver a 5min lateness but please be well aware it’s the busiest time and we cannot afford to run over due to client lateness.
We will try to complete the treatment in the time remaining and full payment owed for the service will be taken.

Dec is a peak month and for us to run smoothly these rules will be in-forced and no one is exempt! We have clients on the waitlist so if you can’t attend allow someone else to happily take your slot - with notice 😃
