This 2016 Audi A3 8V had the front passenger DRL bulb faded out leaving one DRL working.

Customer reached out to us as he wanted to permanently disable the DRL so it doesn’t look like the car is winking. We attended in Derbyshire and rather than fully disabling the DRL, we added the option in the MMI unit so the customer could turn it on and off as he please.

That way whenever the light is repaired and a new ballast is installed, the customer can just switch the DRL back on himself.

2017 BMW 420d Gran Coupe F36 In For Coding

This vehicle was previously damaged and had a bent track rod end which causes severe steering and alignment issues. After a replacement of track rod end and a tracking/wheel alignment the car drove nice and straight however, the DTC light kept flashing on and off when being driven causing the car to stick in comfort mode and cruise control stoped working. After a diagnosis we managed to find and rectifying the issue. The crash data was still stored on the ECU and needed to be deleted along with a recalibration of the steering angle sensor carried out. Sometimes you may get lucky and the car can fix itself when everything has been aligned correctly but in this circumstances we were called out to resolve this issue. Whilst we were there we also unlocked some modifications.
