The Daim Bar brownies are just so delicious they deserved the Sunday grid spot! 🤤

Daim in the brownie and Daim on the top this cannot be mistaken for anything else! Lots of rich chocolate ganache buttercream putting this firmly at the top of the ingredient list!

Who else hadnt had Daim until they visited ikea and tried Daim cake or was this just me?

Swiss meringue buttercream is something I was late to the party with but now I use every opportunity. Strawberry jam brownie, flake, vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and and caramel wafer.

The end is finally in sight!! And on that note we can look forward to Easter and all this warmer spring weather...
