Last week, I arranged for one of the Lively Up Yourself facilitators to join an NHS England group CAMHS Wellbeing Away Day to host an energising 30-minute session packed with meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises that really hit the spot for everyone involved.

It was fantastic to connect with the team in a physical setting and not online!

Staff ended the day with positive vibes, felt rejuvenated and ready to tackle anything. πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

Time to Shine is a 6-week personal developmental programme designed to enhance and improve an individuals personal growth, value, and goals.
